Hi,
Impossible to say without seeing it (descriptions of condition can be a bit subjective) and having some clue what it needs to get her back shooting. What are the guns symptoms?

I'm just south of Poughkeepsie near the CT boarder.
I get it. You are looking at an ad. I'd feel comfortable paying no more than $50 from a picture and so little info. Can't get hurt if it's got a dent you couldn't see or some other major problem. It's worth that in parts. I'm always hesitant paying real money for old guns from folk who are not used to describing them or who know nothing about them except they look old and one "just like it" sold for $215 on Gunbroker last year.
