Does anyone know the years of these changes to the model 1894.  I'm trying to nail down the years of these changes on the earlier guns.  I know these were done in the mid to late 60's.

1.  Screwing down the front sight from the slip on one held in place by the barrel band.
2.  Changing the metal forearm band to the plastic one.
3.  Adding the saddle ring

Just wondering if anyone has any links or articles on the variations over the years.  I know about the early stocks and the receivers being different on the first couple of years that created a lot of broken tangs and cracks.  The hammer sure causes a lot of damage over a period of time.
