Thanks Marv. Too bad the one on ebay now isn't wood. Maybe someone swapped with plastic, or maybe they were made with plastic as well as wood. Anyway, if the plastic stock version is legit it's one more for the 1894 variations.

Looks like this one has plastic stocks, not wood stocks. Did Daisy make 2 types of Stage Coach 1894's for JC Penny. One with wood & one with plastic?

    Mark, I corrected my post on the taper on the 1894.  I said it was 1/8 or 4/64 but it's 1/16inch of taper inside the barrel in the air chamber.  Maybe I had a flash back at that time.
