I was looking for a Blue Book of Airguns, didn't need to be the latest edition. Clicked on an Amazon link for the 11th edition and liked to have fallen over when I saw the asking price- $1,800.00!!! Now, maybe there's something I don't know but it seems like someone misplaced a decimal point a few places!

I emailed one vendor, a Good Will store. Told them I'd be willing to buy from them but they needed to correct the price. They emailed me back, saying they had corrected the price- but it was still over a thousand dollars! So I ordered the newest edition from Midway for $20.00. Added an AR15 trigger spring I needed to bring the total to $25 so it shipped free.

A little added piece on the gun, I have an original The American Boy Magazine dated May 1936 with the ad on the back cover, complete magazine and in mint condition. It is now framed and hanging on the wall by the gun. The magazine says the price is $.10 and three years is $2.00 subscription. The price of the Daisy Golden Eagle on the back cover is $2.50.

I also have the same magazine dated January 1940 and the back cover ad shows the Daisy Lighting-Loader Carbine selling for $2.50. Very nice to display with the guns. This is a complete magazine and also in mint condition.

very nice Louie

My 10th edition was getting a bit outdated. So I Took your advice Mark. Ordered mine from Midway and tacked on some bad guy profile targets to get it over $25. Thanks for the heads up.
