DAISY DEFENDER 142

The first bb gun I had as a 10 year old, a Christmas gift in 1953, and stolen from my home when I was in Vietnam.

I have been able to find a good replacement, and would like to find a box.

I don't remember if this gun came with a box or not, but if anyone knows this answer, please let me know.

I would also be interested in a 142 in excellent condition if anyone might be selling one of these.

The Daisy Defender 140 looks very nice, and I sold a very nice gun last year since I am selling my collection at this time, I sold the Model 40 and 140 and a 141, keeping my 142 as it was the first bb gun I had as a 10 year old kid, a Christmas gift in Dec. 1953.

I kept this gun for years until I went to Vietnam and then it disappeared from my parents home during this time, never to be found again.

I have been able to find a good replacement gun, but not like my original 142 Defender.

Thanks for the pictures of the Defender boxes, the 141 and 142 as well as the 140, very much appreciated.
