I have a Daisy no 25. It was my mom's in the 1940's. I think however it was my grandfather's. I was told it was from 1928? It was manufactured in Plymouth. I want to find the actual date of manufacture. I do not see a lot number. There is only patent numbers located on the top of the gun close to the stock. Anyone have any ideas?

Using the excellent info at DaisyKing, you should be able to pin it down. Not necessarily to an exact year, but at least to a "variation". Start by clicking on straight or pistol grip stock in the following link and go from there: http://www.daisyking.com/history/PumpGuns/TheNo25PumpGun_Variations.htm
Good luck! Mark

Thank you! It's definitely pre 1929. So the info I was given was correct.
