WORD FROM THE WISE.

I HAVE JUST BEEN SUSPENDED FROM EBAY FOR 30 DAYS FOR BUYING AND SELLING DAISY PARTS.

I DID NOT LIST ANY COMPLETE BB GUNS AND ONLY BOUGHT PARTS AS WELL. I.E., STOCKS, SHOT TUBES, ETC.

I HAVE BEEN AN ACTIVE EBAYER FOR 5 YEARS WITH A 99.9 % FEEDBACK OF OVER 700 SALES, WITH OVER 400 LEAVING FEEDBACK.

IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU AS WELL. BE CAREFUL

I AM ATTEMPTING TO CLARIFY AND BE REINSTATED RIGHT AWAY, BUT WHO KNOWS.

Which is stupid cuz if you do a search for airsoft, it'll turn up hundreds of them.

And Ruger 10/22 parts, Mosin-Nagant parts, m-14, ar-15 etc etc.

Ebay and Paypal are both vehemently anti-firearm.

The reason "Air Soft" is legal on Ebay is the mindset of west coast vs everybody else. In other words, lets play at killing, without any "real" chance of it happening.

In my opinion.

Good luck at getting eBay to do anything as I was suspended for selling bb gun parts only, not complete bb guns.I have been suspended for over 30 days and tried to appeal my suspension.eBay is not likely to do anything as they think they are right 100 % of the time. The powersellers can get by with selling complete and bb gun parts without getting nothing as I have proof to this but they say all sellers are treated equal.

Yea, I know what you mean.  Around christmas, one guy sold about 20 of those Drodzed bb machine guns at a heluva markup.  (powerseller)   also I've seen  ones clearly advertized as bb gun, go all the way to the end. Again,  powersellers.   What can you do?

Nothing as I can see as I tried everything with eBay.I just had to take it and wait till I finally got off of suspension which was yesterday 2/20/05.The rules are being made up to their liking not ours.A bb gun is not a firearm according to the Websters dictionary.ebay has gotten too big and are looking for more money in fees and big sellers not the small sellers anymore.

If you look on Ebay, right now, someone has a model 25, still in the box. Now if thats not a bb gun I will eat my hat, The auction is ending today, so it has made it all week. Go figure

by the time ebay and PAYPAL gets done with you, they have taken about 10% of your sale.   I listed a 5 round mag for a MAC90 and it got pulled because it was part of an assualt weapon -  a new policy.

Thier policy  states that you can list no gun that shoots a metal projectile.  I think they should pull nail guns and spear guns.    wrist rockets?   what else?

Hey All

It isn't always ebay.Sometimes a collector will see a nice item and rat on the seller to ebay then email the seller and try to buy it cheap being he can't auction it
