My buddy, Ricky recently finished his Red Ryder.  After seeing it, I thought I'd share it with the community.

The custom walnut stock has more length of pull and less drop than a factory stock. It looks like it would be a good candidate for a "Lasso" rail and a red dot sight. It's also has inletting for the receiver's "ears" to give the wrist more girth.

It also has a metal lever, fiber optic front sight, and a gold forearm band to contrast with the stock finish. Internally it has a high performance spring and a 7/64" ID air tube, so it's a hammer.

Really like the overall look.   Is he giving it a name?

Good question, Russ. He hasn't mentioned one, but since we're in touch I'll ask.
