Hi,

Where can I get a schematic for the Daisy Powerline 822, I want to check the seals.

Also, I would like to find a front sight for it.

Thank you and regards, gkenny.

Hi,

Seals and front sight are identical to your basic 880. The schematic is identical as well....but for the barrel and the bolt. There is an excellent tutorial for breakdown of the gun online somewhere. It's archived on here somewhere as well. :)

Yup. That's the one. It was viewable this past June. I used it when repairing an oldie and didn't recognize a part in there. Shame the pics went into the ether somewhere. They can still be found in a Google image search but in no order.
In any event, an 880/822 is not a difficult gun on the inside. But for the thing that serves as a valve stem in the valve and the check valve rubber cap, it's all orings. replacement air valves and check valves are easily located.  Any Daisy repair tech will have them. You do want to be aware that the internals have changed a couple times over the years. The changes are few and subtle. If your 822 has fiber optic sights, you can probably order parts direct from Daisy and they'll go right in. Customer service is great and they'll send you a schematic by email.
