Hello folks. I know I'm replying to an old post, but couldn't find one newer. I have several Buzz Barton Specials, but the one I'm trying to find out about is my 1932 Paper Label. Not only does it have the paper label on the stock, but also a small paper label on the sight tube. No stampings whatsoever. The sight tube is smaller in diameter than any other one I have, or have ever seen. Also, it's a solid tube. Not rolled with the seam at the near bottom. No peep hole inside either, just hollow.
So what I'm wondering, is mine one of the very first made of the year's run? Did Daisy change the sight tube mid production year to the stamped and rolled ones? I would post pics if I could, but my old gen 3 iPad can't be upgraded any further. |

No markings whatsoever anywhere on this gun. Just two paper labels. One on the stock and one on the sight tube.

Thank you Rick. That would be great. At least that way others can see why I'm trying to pin this one down.

Gary, this is the only one like this I have ever seen. Searched every photo on the internet and any in forums or auctions. I have emailed pics to Dennis Baker, but no reply as of yet.
