Hello,
I'm in need of a Red Ryder 111-40 early type (1/2" wide) forearm band. Thanks in advance, Daisy1946 |

They show up on fleabay from time to time. It may take awhile, unless someone on here has one they don't need. It's tough because those of us who do alot of buying and/or collecting are hard pressed to let go of the parts that commonly go missing on the old guns.......we know we'll need them as soon as we sell them.
Good luck on your search and welcome to the forum.

Thanks for the welcome. I've actually been lurking around this forum for a few months.
I've been checking ebay daily for several weeks, none have shown up, but I guess it's just a matter of time. Thanks again, daisy1946 |

Daisy1946 I have a RR early with the unusual oak wood stock and I believe it has the band on it also. I have it on my current sale list for $125.00 and if it has not sold, I may part this gun out. I will check and get back to you, in the meanwhile if you can send me your email address, the best way to communicate. Thanks. |

And I'm betting that Louie's 111 mod. 40 is in way better condition than this thing.

I would have a hard time paying $25 plus shipping for that one. Not much there. We are headed to a huge flea market next week and I hope to find some treasures. My 1938 Red Ryder turned out well so now I am on the hunt. Just My 2 Cents Rick in TX

I have had second thoughts about the original forearm band you're looking for Wayne. I actually have two of them in my parts collection. Shoot me an email. I'd like to talk with you about it. Nice old Daisy's aught to be made complete, whenever possible.
