This is called No 90 Projector Pistol and was part of a No 91 Projector Pistol Standard Package.
It is shown on page 384 of Gary Garbers book.
Yes it is something you do not see very often.

I am a little surprised.  I started to bid but I like the real bb guns more.  Thought I would use those dollars for something I like better.
If it was a kit it probably would have sold.
