Hi All,

I'm a brand-new member here. I'm hoping to find a source for a Model 25 shot tube. I have a 25 I got at a store going-out-of-business sale some years back -- dug it out of a bin full o' discounted Daisys. It was the only Model 25 they had and unfortunately it was missing the shot tube.

I still have my ol' model 25 I got for my 11th birthday, which makes it 48 years old next month and it still works fine 'tho the plastic buttstock gradually acquired quite a bit of cast-off due to having been pressed to my shoulder about 60 million times.

I'll be giving it to my six year old son who I'll be teaching to shoot with it in a bit. The problem is ... I have another son on the way as I write this -- looks like he'll be arriving in a couple days -- who will undoubtedly be wanting his own someday. So, I need a shot tube. I guess there's no terrible rush on this but does anyone know where I can purchase one? A new buttstock for my old 25 would be nice, too, 'tho I suppose I could always find a nice slab o' walnut and create my own.

Thanks for your time,

Larry

Hey Thanks for the tip B.R.. I'm actually watching that one and another closing a couple days later -- unfortunately I notice the high bidder on each of 'em is the same "mrpotts" who seems to spend buckets of money garnering items for his own ebay 'collectibles' shop and since he's tenaciously maintaining the top bid on the first while holding the lead for the second, I thnk he wants both. He may be a stubborn opponent.
