I JUST RECEIVED A MODEL #25 PUMP GUN. IT IS ONE THAT HAS ENGRAVING ON THE RECEIVER. I WOULD SAY IT'S IN GOOD CONDITION AND IT STILL SHOOTS THE UNIQUE THING IS IT'S NOT A BB GUN, IT HAS A TUBE THAT SHOOTS CORKS. I WAS TOLD IT IS AN "ARCADE GUN" WAS THERE SUCH A GUN MANUFACTURED AND IF SO IS IT WORTH ANYTHING? |

Andy, the cork shooter shot tube was available. The city of New York, as an example, has outlawed bb guns for decades and the only way to buy a Daisy, was as a cork. Lots of kids just bought shot tubes or had friends send them from out of state. It was also an arcade gun, but mostly small local arcades. 22's were the real arcade gun of most big shows. This is strictly from memory and not backed up from Daisy.

The Daisy 25 with the 'cork tube' was popular at Carnival Arcades at state and county fairs
I am not sure if they were sold by Daisy with the gun or if it was an option. I suspect Daisy or a distributor offer them as a package. Gary |
