Power line 717

   I have a "Powerline 717."  The felt seal and the O ring have  apparently been damaged and require replacement.  
I wrote the company several weeks ago but no response.
Therefore,Are these items still avaliable? 
Can they be obtained perhaps at a local hardware store?
