I have a Red Ryder Model 40 No. 111, it has a wooden stock and forearm...both appear to be walunt. It is made in Plymouth. The lever is cast iron and the forearm band is copper, as is the upper barrell/front sight band. Front sight/barrell band is pinged, not welded. The gun is blued, not painted. After hitting all the web sites and reading the info I can find, I can't say for sure what the age of the gun is. My guess is 1939/40...any opinions?

Nice BBgun, my guess is about the same.  How does it shoot? KD

Thanks

It still shoots strong...I think you guys are right about the age. That's the best I could come up with too.
