One of the members here asked me to post a comparison of these two plungers.  See pics below which are made on a 1" grid.

The Model 195 plunger/spring is the shorter of the two and on top or to left in the photos.  The Model 195 spring is heavier at .098" or 2.5mm thick whereas the Model 99 spring is .086" or 2.2mm thick.
