I got another one at an auction and it has a different type of shot tube. There is no way to load a BB into it except muzzle loading like a model 38. Anyone ever heard of such? I tried to add pictures but it wouldnt allow me to.

If it has a recess at the muzzle it is probably a cork ball shot tube.
I had one on a 99, you can single-load a bb, but there’s no spring to keep it from rolling out.
Or you can replace it with a standard 25 spring-loaded tube

It is recessed so I guess that is the deal. Cork ball? I never heard of that before. It looks like it is BB sized, is it for a toy gun?

Wonder if there is any value in the cork ball shot tube?

Possibly as a toy, and I’ve heard they had some use in carnival shooting galleries as a safer alternative to bb’s. The corks do crop up from time to time on E-bay.
Also, if you want to compare, an E-bay seller (ziggo-1) has listed one for a couple of months now (item # 155555865808).
