Will,

I am placing full blame on you for this new found desire for Daisy.  You aren't going to be popular with my wife or wallet for anytime soon.Wink

I'll check back in when we get this one wrapped up.  You know, it is funny.  Waiting one more day, I would have never known you had this one.  Go figure.

Ken, that was quite a quest for you to undertake, and the liklihood of your finding such a rare specimen that I happened to have was very coincidental.  I think that if you had not found that substitute for trade via Dennis, I would not have entered into a transaction, but it is a nice model, heavy, and I am sure, durable.

I have no idea how this one survived all these years (1973-76) but obviously it had been put away for some time, but works very good indeed.  There is a five day inspection and use, but I rather doubt that anyone is going to pry this one from your hands for any reason.

I have it packaged and ready to go; be careful when you unwrap it, there are some B-Bs in the magazine, the way that I received it.  I fired it up a few times and to me, it was awesome; those multi-pump pnueumatics are powerful, guess that's why Daisy named them Powerline products.Confused

I had one of the either 880 or 881 as a kid, but lost it in a burglary some years back.  I've found blued and gold (790) ones, but no luck finding a silver/ nickel receiver yet.  I'll pay good money for one in great shape, working or not.
