OK.
Josh gets right to first refusal. If he does not respond in a week or two it's yours. But first off it's a 195 sight tube so it's off a paper label Buzz Barton. It won't be original to a 103.

I just bought a Buzz Barton parts gun at the flea today. Are you still looking for a sight tube? I now have one for you, if you want it. It's not perfect but it is complete with the original screw.

I will try and look that guy up.....once flea season starts again up here. I'm in upstate NY so we are talking a couple months. He has had that rifle for sale for at least a year. Probably will still have it come March. Should have thought of it for you last fall. I'm sorry.
