Hi Eddie,
I'm looking for a very early model 880 that has a small plastic clip that holds the pump arm in place. This clip is held in by the receiver just in front of the trigger guard. The pump arm snaps into it. I would be willing to buy a whole gun to get that part, in good condition. My plan is to make a few on a 3D copier. I need one for a beautiful Ted Williams that I have. Please check through the 880's/Ted Williams that you have for me.
Thanks,
Stuart
All I'm for is the liberty of the individual.

Hi Stuart

I will check the 880's tomorrow and let you know.

Stuart

I checked my 880's they all have a spring that fixed jam on the pump arm hooks onto when closed.

The spring sits in front of the trigger guard between the halves of the receiver.

See http://www.ebay.com/itm/Daisy-Powerline-880-7880-Pump-Handle-Retaining-Spring-Gun-BB-Air-Rifle-Prt-880s-/111265402263

The Ted Williams version has a spring jam on the pump handle similar to whats on a break barrel.

Regards,
Ed
